Your social security number is not linked to a federal reserve bank. It's just a sequential or random number (depending on when it was assigned). It doesn't link to anything except your social security records.
The claim that numbers on a Social Security card can be used as a routing and account number to make purchases is FALSE, based on our research. The Fed has debunked the claim on numerous occasions. It is not possible for an individual to have a bank account with the Fed.

Myth: Your Social Security Number is a secret bank account
The story goes that people have a private “secret” account at the Federal Reserve and that they can pay bills or get money out of the account using the routing number of the Fed and their Social Security Number.
There's really no “bonus” that retirees can collect. The Social Security Administration (SSA) uses a specific formula based on your lifetime earnings to determine your benefit amount.
As a result of the June 1936 decision, the current SSN is composed of three parts: The first three digits are the area number. The next two digits are the group number. The final four digits are the serial number.
Does your Social Security number have money?
A recent hoax circulating on the internet asserts that the Federal Reserve maintains accounts for individuals that are tied to the individual's Social Security number, and that individuals can access these accounts to pay bills and obtain money. These claims are false.
The FedNow Service is an instant payment service that the Federal Reserve offers to banks and credit unions to transfer funds for their customers. The Federal Reserve does not provide accounts or offer instant payment services to individual consumers and businesses.
